Board Members

This Board is a working Board and consists of three Directors that are elected at the annual meeting of the Members of the Association.  Each Director serves a three year term and all business and affairs of the Association are managed by the Board as set forth in the Association By-Laws.  The Officers of the Association shall consist of a President, a Vice-President and a Secretary/Treasurer.

Current Board of Directors include:
Bruce Hershey, President  
The President shall be the principal Executive Officer of the Corporation and shall in general supervise and control all of the business and affairs of the Corporation.  He/She shall preside at all meetings of the Members and of the Board of Directors.  He/She may sign, with the Secretary or any other proper Officer of the Corporation authorized by the Board of Directors, any deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts, or other instruments which the Board of Directors has authorized to be executed. The President is responsible for overall Community Maintenance.
Eddie Elias, Vice President
In the absence of the President, the Vice President shall perform the duties of the President, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the President.  The Vice President shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him/her by the President or by the Board of Directors. The Vice President coordinates the activities of the Architectural Control Committee and is responsible for Community Improvements.
Karen Pruitt, Secretary
The Secretary shall keep the all minutes and records of the meeting of the Members and of the Board of Directors and oversees all budgetary items.  The Secretary is responsible for Community Communications, Website development and maintenance and oversees the various Committee activities.  The Secretary shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him/her by the President or Vice President.
